At JAF Malaysia, we are committed ensuring the most stringent standards of Quality Control are implemented and carried out. This ranges from the incoming quality control (IQC) to the in process quality control (IPQC), and later on to the Outgoing Quality Control (OQC). With such a comprehensive range of measures in place, we are able to guarantee that all products emanating from our production plants bear the hallmark of top Japan quality.
Quality Assurance (QA) personnel from Japan are also made available and all QC checkers are given ample training and guidance on the areas of inspection, specifications, and product realisation. QC personnel undergo yearly examinations to qualify as a certified checker according to Japan quality standards.
