JAF AP Trays, are usually custom designed for utilization in front, rear or side access carbon filter housings with the AP Trays arranged in V-shape. The trays are made from galvanized channels and galvanized perforated plates. In the middle a distance holder M8x24 is placed, preventing the cell from bulging. Then the chemical media is filled into a honeycomb grid to prevent settling. A soft gasket is provided on the length side of the cell to avoid any air by-pass during operations
